Business owner details: your name, phone number, email address, and the business information you provide when you sign up and set up the service.
Data from conversations with your end customers: phone numbers, message content, and appointment or booking details. We process this information on behalf of your business, solely to deliver the service to your customers.
We use the information to operate the agent: to answer customers, qualify inquiries, book appointments, send reminders, and produce quotes. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your customers' conversation content for any purpose other than providing the service.
To deliver the service, we rely on third-party providers that process information on our behalf:
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When an account closes, we delete or de-identify the information within a reasonable time, except where we are required by law to retain it.
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, and request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@sochenai.com and we will handle the request as required by law. Where the information concerns a business's end customer, we act together with the business that owns the data.
We operate in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (חוק הגנת הפרטיות) and generally accepted data-protection principles, and we take reasonable measures to secure information against unauthorized access or use.
