These terms govern your use of SochenAI. By using the service, you agree to them.
The Core plan is intended for the normal operations of a single business and includes up to 400 customer conversations per calendar month.
If an account sustains materially higher volume, we will reach out to move you to a plan that fits, whether a higher tier or usage-based pricing. We always contact you before any billing change.
Proactive outbound messaging campaigns are billed separately and are not included in Core.
